Qigong workshop

I’m offering a two-part workshop in the famous baduanjin (eight silken movements) practice that dates back to the 11th century. It contains all the essential ingredients of qigong – cultivation of the three skills of body, breath and mind. In these challenging times qigong can help us stay grounded and resilient.

Cultivating the body, we develop elasticity, strength, stability and alignment. Cultivating the breath, we learn how to move into a nourishing and healing, relaxed parasympathetic state. Cultivating the mind, we build mindful presence and actually start to change the physical structure of the brain, building areas responsible for managing our emotions.

Two Sundays – January 31st and February 7th, 10am to 1.15 (UK time)

Hi Sally. A random search brought me to the posts on my website. I should have received notification when they came in but didn’t, so sorry for the delayed reply. I have added you to my mailing list but you can check out what I offer by going to the suitable named website: qigong.works

    Hello Peter,
I was with you on Saturday 18th doing the Creating Space workshop and we had a conversation at the end.
You mentioned that you were writing another book. You asked if I your email,
However I haven’t been able to find it, hence this message. Thank you for your knowledge and insight.
Hope to speak with you again soon.
    Allan. 4
